people whould have the guts to explain why they down rep other people .. if they don't leave their names it's most likely because they don't want to be down repped back.
I don't usually expect people to rep back...but it's a nice gesture ... so if someone reps me I'll rep them back (if they leave their names of course) and that's available for those who down rep ( most likely they won't leave their names) ..

People downrep for many different things. Flaming, bashing opinion, judgement or just because they don't like you. Some leave names, some don't. To those who do and give a reason for the downrep I have respect for them but those who do not seem like they just downrep to do it and feel powerful. I for one rarely downrep since it takes a lot of any of the above reasons for me to downrep someone.

yes plenty of times ive just been reped down for telling the honest truth, for neg repping someone and leaving my name so they want revenge

but i just like the feeling of getting rep to show how i helped someone
or if i get negged rep for a good reason i learn from it

I Was downrepped two days ago for simply playing "rate the naruto character ^ you", someone down repped me for spamming on there but all i was doing was playing the game...i downrepped 2 points, so it wasn't a big deal...bit it was pretty dumb...plus it was my first time being downrepped to.
