that's just how kishimoto-san is. x3 naruto has his special powers and stuff lol i like the whole new rasengan thing. lol

i mean, when you think about it, naruto has grown a bit, so it is really just showing how much he's grown. but..the thing is, he never uses those cool rasengans on the show
