yes if orochimaru didn't exsist sasuke wouldn't leave the village there probably won't be a shippuden if sasuke didn't leave the village so if orochimaru never exsisted the story would be boring

It would be alot different and Sasuke would leave be alone, and there would be no shippuden.

The Plot would be different and Sasuke and many others wouldn't have Curse Mark. A lot of other stuff would be different, like Yamato wouldn't be able to use Wood Style.

No not entirely. Because there could be another villain that replaces him.

A lot of things would be different. Sasuke may not have left the Leaf like he did (or at all), and there would have to be a lot of different characters (or changes in characters) to replace all the characters that had been affected by Orochimaru (Members of Taka, Sannin, etc.).

Then again, Kishimoto could have invented another villain (as mentioned previously).

But yeah, things would definitely not be the same.

Orochimaru is the first big villain(i don't count Zabuza) and he had a big role in the story line.
Who knows what could have happened if he had stayed in the village.
Orochimaru was as mighty as Hokage.

Loving how people forget the biggest cause for Sasuke leaving the village was Itachi not Orochimaru. Sasukes plan was to chase after his brother and he saw Orochimarus offer as a chance to get stronger which he did. Sure without Orochimaru i'm sure many things would be different but the story didnt revolve around him so much that his absence would cause major collapse in the plot. Though without him there are no 3 legendary sannin, fates of many would be different the 3rd possibly still alive Gaara not becoming Kazekage,absence of Tsunade and Rock Lee never being able to fight again.Im sure there are other consequences but I don't feel like listing more.
