It's a Jutsu. Just try to level him up or play him in Akatsuki Mode.

HI!

Just want to ask on the rasengan scroll. when i combined it with the. +10 attack, the scroll disappears and the +10attack remain. just want to ask how can i get back the rasengan skill.

Of course they do. They record the actual voice actors from the show itself.

hmmm for me i killed sasori and his 100 puppets with lee all i did was the spin move cuz it makes u invul during it but he can ram u after it so repedatly do it (he jumps in it with his puppets)

i think my friend got it when he was level 99 an showed me it he jus went scroll huntin in chapter 8 easiest way to find jutsu scrools jus be the person u want the scroll for wit no back up character help

You can play as Sasori with the Kazekage, but not the true form.
