well id say kunai is the perfect hand weapon
jutsu: rasen shuriken
summon: well for me i guess the three that naruto summons

but for me
Weapon: Hidan's Scythe cause its just awesome
Attack: Amaterasu
and Summon would be Sason'o if you count that as a summon sorta

For weopan I would say the samehada.. it heals you.. its a tank..

for attackI would say multiple shadow clone jutsu.. they pose as a great distraction and being able to take chakra w the samehada would be an endless battle.

For summon I would say pains giant dog that can reform into multiple dogs.
