she didnt die in child berth, she died in the 9 tails battle, she was from the village hidden in the tsunami but in one of the great ninja wars that village was destroyed so she moved to the hidden leaf and had a baby with the 4th, then a while after that the nine tails attacked the village and she died, who knows, maybe it was child birth, maybe she had naruto during the attack on the village
