Did anyone else actually do the tutorial when they got the game?

Am I the only one that when I got the game, did the tutorial first thing? A lot of people seem to not know the controls......the tutorial explains them all.

Went through the Hand Sign tutorial cause I suck at it. I also thought it would show me the other hand signs, but they didn't. X_x Thank you internet.

I don't need tutorials I played CoNR2 and CoNR1 so I'm use to the controls and I NEVER use tutorals I usually learn all the controls on my own by the 2nd match I'm in....

I sort of did.... because i couldn't figure out what the story mode meant by down jutsu >.<

i already had the first and second so no i did not use the tutorial in the third. but i didnt use it on the first CoNr either so i never really use them

I never really used them except for Paper Bombs which I thought they were adding something to them but they didn't. And Hand Signs. What do they do anyways?

The hand signs can do two things depending on how you swing the wiimote. One gains you 25% of your chakra bar in chakra, the other gives you a temporary power boost at the cost of some chakra when you activate it. They can be really helpful when you have a bit of spare time in the middle of a fight, say for example when your opponent is just about to get up off of the ground. However, if you mess up the movements when doing a hand sign, then you will be temporarily stunned and defenseless. Since the wii mote swinging sensitivity is kind of weird, it makes it difficult to do it correcty and quickly consistantly and as a result risky to do if the opponent is not at a safe distance. It is especially useful with characters that have long ranged secondary specials that only require 3/4 chakra because by the time your opponent has recovered from the first use, you can have regained most if not all of your chakra back from using hand signs. My favorite character to use this with is Kisame because his shark bomb is his only ranged attack and it gives him plenty of time and room to do the hand signs with.

So how do you do the Chakra regaining thing? This will help me, alot. Instead of getting Chakra for Hidan's 2nd special by leaving the circle, I can stay there for an extra second and then use the next special.

While holding the two buttons on the nunchuck and the b button on the back of the wii mote, you swing the wii mote first to the right, then down, and then back to the left. At least I think that is the one that gains chakra. The other one is left, down, and then right for the power increase, but I might have them mixed up.

Yep, I think you have... The standard one in the Tutorial is Power Boost.

I only used it in CONR1 and then when the second one came out I just did the ones for all the new added features. I don't really like to use turtorials or rules books and like to figure things out for myself when I play games.

Nope. I figured it would kinda be the same as the last Revolution games and just jumped into gameplay.
