Do us a favor and don't Dub the filler

As part of a thanks to fans for being so patient of Shippuden English dubbed (nothing has even been announced yet, suggesting it probably won't even be out in 2009), don't waste time dubbing the Filler episodes. There is absolutely no point. The people who will be watching it mostly won't care to see filler. Filler was the reason Naruto was cut from CN, people don't care about all that, when there is a story to see.

Also, filler in the anime was done because the anime was getting too close to the manga, so they had to buy time to produce it. Well, the English dub is not even on TV, so no one cares how close it is to the manga. Since you have had the extra time, why not just show only the actual story and dub the episodes that aren't filler. By the time you get to dubbed epsiodes 80+, Japan will be showing the non-filler epsiodes agian and you can do those after the other arcs.

^_^ ; Well at this point in time guys, I'm pretty sure they've already dubbed it. If I'm not mistaken, I've heard that the last episodes of filler are already dubbed and are going to be released this summer in a DVD Box set. So yeah, if it makes you feel any better they've already started dubbing Shippuden. Doesn't mean it'll be out any time soon though...

They could not dub the show at all =D or dub it along with the fillers and get dropped from the network. Then fan's of the original japanese version can relax and know Naruto's english version might be long gone *sigh of relief*

I disagree. I enjoy both the manga and the anime. Although I think that there were some arcs in Part one that were a nightmare, others were somewhat decent. Fillers eventually HAD to happen. But the mistake was not finishing part one and cutting it off where it did. Watching Naruto leave Konoha to go off training during the timeskip is what I wanted to see in the dub. Now I wonder if it will EVER happen?

It will just wait for the uncut box set 16 to come out this august i think...

To clear things up: I mean Naruto Shippuden Filler. Remember Naruto Shippuden does not mean episode 136-220, it means epsiodes 221 onward. Filler is also the stuff created originally for the anime, it is not necessarily canon and does not move story along.

fillers are the reason the show got cancled in the first place plus the shows way to edited.

Then give a reason why people should take a risk putting Shippuden on TV? If people bail on part one, why wouldn't people do the same on part two. Sure the fillers were long, but there were only ten more. Something else has to be it, its too easy just to say it was the fillers/editing alone.
