*You need posts to increase your ninja rank, more posts = a better rank.

*Warning: Please stay away from spamming (posting many posts without a meaning just to increase your rank) because they will be deleted by the war council and you might deserve an infraction.
And please be aware of post farming (posting many posts in a very short time to increase post count) it will lead into lossing at least 100 rep points, so be careful.

*You need 15 posts to be able to send PMs (private messages) and you need 150 posts to make a village.*

Second: Reputation

*You get rep when you post a good post or give a good idea.*

1- Mission Ranks: More Rep = Higher Mission Rank.

0- User is just chillin' in the village doing D-ranks at this point.
10- User saved a kitten from a tree! Yay!
30- User has completed a tough C-rank mission!
75- User is far along on the distinguished path of a ninja.
150- User has a spectacular chakra aura going on.
250- User just finished a high-profile B-Rank mission...and went unscathed.
350- User has a pricey dish named after them at Ichiraku Ramen.
450- User completed an A-Rank mission and saved the forum yet again.
550- User strikes fear and awe in the fragile hearts of Genins.
650- User is one of the most respected ninja in the in the tri-village area.
750- User completed an S-Rank mission on the way to the bathroom.
900- User just might be Kage someday.
1250- User is listed in every clan's bingo book under AWESOME.
2000- User is the subject of legends and tales that shall be passed on for generations to come.

You also get ONE Rep Power every 2000 posts and 365 days on the forum.
(TOMA and AUREGA are on the legends list XD)

2- Rep power: Each 50 Rep Points you get 1 Rep Power point, rep power increase your reputation amount (ex: If I have 4 Rep Power points and I repped sasuke123 an approving rep he gets 4 Rep Points)

3- Green Boxes: Each 100 points you get a green box on under your name when you make posts. (They don't do anything they just give you more Forum Power)

5. Fansubs, fan translations, fan art


Due to legal reasons, please keep any discussions, postings and links of fan translations, fan art and fan-subbed anime off this site.

We want to hear your feedback about how we're doing with Naruto, both the pros and cons. Really. We've provided a section in the forum for your opinions, so please take advantage of them. It makes it easier for us to collect your feedback. Please follow rule #1 and keep things civil.

This makes the forum much easier for everyone to navigate. If a topic inspires a new topic, great - just start up a new thread. Please also post threads in appropriate forum sections.

Image/Video Posting


Due to legal reasons, please do not post or link any Naruto images (this includes anime screenshots and scanned manga) or any Naruto videos whatsoever. Additionally, the same goes for all other Viz properties.


Fan Fiction and Role-Playing


Due to legal reasons, Fan Fiction is not allowed on the site. However, you are allowed to "create" new things within the Naruto world (jutsu, villages, characters, etc.) as long as you refrain from including said things in any kind of story or narrative.

*The ruling on role-playing is as follows: As long as you do not take on the persona of real Naruto characters and/or construct a story out of your role-playing, you'll be okay. *


For breaking above rules you may be warned/banned appropriately!

*If you break a rule you will reserve one with certain points, when you reach a number of points (War council will not reveal it) you will NOT be allowed to use Sig Images and some Forum Prizes and if that continues you will be banned!*

Fourthly: Threads

1-Village Threads: They discuss the village's news that I will tell you about next.

2-Clubs: They are chatting places where you chat about anything you want (with no posts added to your ninja rank).

3-Clans: They are groups who help villages and do other jobs (any one can create one).

4-Stickies: They are threads that are always in the front page with this singe ( ) and there job is to help people.

5-Submission Threads: They are threads that you use to approve some Village Requirements (like GK and jutsus and village forms).

6-Closed Threads: They are threads that you can't post in: One of the Mods or War Councilmen closed it for a reason (dirty language, expired, does not obey rules).

Fifthly: Villages

*Villages are social Groups that start as normal threads, they become official when approved. When they are approved they will be able to attend wars, and also points will be given to members and the village.*

Village Steps:

1- When you have 150 posts you can Create A Thread in the Village Section.
2- You write the description of the Village (what it looks like).
3- Write the jutsus and GK under the rules.
4- Invite members and write them.
5- Write who is Kage and who is the Co-Leader.
6- Approve your Village in Submission Threads.


*Remember*:

1- You MUST read the BETA rules (look at the first page): http://naruto.viz.com/forum/showthread.php?t=3062&page=42

2- You can be in only ONE Village.

3- You can't be official unless you are Approved.

Sixthly: War System

*The War System is a group special people who do War Stuff in the Forum (checking threads, watching villages, editing posts, helping......), these people are the War Councilmen*

1- MODs: They are the people who created the site or are one of the Site's Admins (they control everything, and they also also give infractions).

2- War Councilmen: They are the "headmasters of the forum" doing huge jobs (and also they are the oldest).

3- War Beta Tester: They test the battles between Village Members.

4- GK Butchers: They approve the GK of the Villages.

5- Jutsu Approval: They approve jutsus for Villages.

6- Other People: Some people who are very old in the forum are allowed to get ranks chosen by them.
