Ino actually has pretty good medic skills, and she has not been shown in combat often so you can't really judge that well. The last part is just your opinion.

i just think she is pretty and weak but who blames her her teamates are the worst and the snesei is bad............

Most everyone says cause she's useless, but I blame Kishi for that he obviously wants her to be just a suport nin, which is why he set her up to be a medical ninja, for they need to advoid battle at all cost to heal their team-mates and he couldn't very well make her a cambot medic-nin and give her superstrength like Sakura, cause Sakura is the only one who should inherit that Sanin technique in order to become the next Sanin herself, but I for one think Ino has potential, and someday will surpass her father in her clans techniques and Shizune in medical exeprtise, and perhaps even become an equal to Sakura.
