Can anyone draw at least this well?

Hi I'm in need of a comic artist but don't have a whole lot of money to
spare. So if anyone is willing to re-draw this comic for either a small
amount of money or if you're nice enough for free. Of course if doing it
for free means you're just going to pretend to do it then I'd rather just
pay you then have you drag your heels. Of course I'm only going to
be paying people who can draw at LEAST this good.

If you're wondering. The story is called Sewer Boy and is by me.

The art was done by my friend but he had to quit the project.

Um for you guys saying that they think I'm good at drawing you do
realize that the actual pages in comic book format were drawn
by my friend. All the doodles were done by me.

Oh and like I said before the actual sequential art (that is what's in comic book format)
was NOT done by me. It was done by my friend. I drew the concept art.
The stuff that looks like sketches.

The art was done by my friend but he had to quit the project. One chapter is about 25-30 pages in length. The most I can afford to pay you is $50 for the entire chapter penciled. That's about over $1.50 per page and while that's not the greatest deal. I don't have much more money than that to spend. You don't have to draw in the same style as my friend did. You just need to be able to draw well. To see if you can draw the comic I want you to try and draw one of my own characters in your style. If I like your style I'll hire you. Even if you don't think you can draw that well. I can still use fan art. Here are some concept drawings I did myself Note that I am quite terrible at drawing.
