Yeah sure. Tsunade's shown better speed and could tank & heal from some Shadow tendrils. Shikamaru on the other hand can't tank a ground-shattering punch.

Yes.
Tsunade OWNS him, she's shown enough speed to overtake him, and Shikamaru's stamina is not great, so one hit and he's probably out.

Tsunade could probably tank some of Shikamaru's attacks. If he has enough prep for Shadow Endgame he MIGHT pull it off, but it's way too unlikely, he's most likely owned before then.
