kick your legs almost always have more strength than you do but then agian you have a limited amount of time to get away and your leg is in the air WHAT NOW

A kick because there is more strength in one's legs than in their arms. A kick also has more reach and can better utilize kinetic linking.

Really depends on your physical abilities I suppose. If your a ninja and kick pretty much any point of the body, then kick. But in reality if your not that flexible or a punch can be more effective... but a punch can also leave you with a shattered hand if your not careful.

You ask me, a well placed elbow pawns both kick and punch.

Although lets face it, a kick in the groin is a game-breaker.

I say both. A kick in the groin is really painful and useful. A punch in the stomach however is just as painful in my opinion...that is if the punch is REALLY strong.

a combination is the best, in real fighting it depends on the range, i like punches better because you can draw them back faster and they are harder to cacth than a kick.

It all really depends. But in the normal situation I would pick a punch. You can pull of combos more quickly, and they are harder to catch than a kick. But, yeah, it mostly depends where you are hitting them. A kick can be useful to take down ones legs, then follow by a few quick punches to the face/stomache.

i'd say both, a strong kick to the head would really cause a lot of damage........its like in Taekwondo, sparring, they allow head kick when you are 13 and above and when ur a black belt.................its scary.......i got kicked in the head

a punch could also really knock the wind out ouf you, right in the solarplex, is that what its called, the spot right between your rib cages? triangle part....
