people cut symbolically.
its a stupid pastime.
they cut to erase their sorrow or some crap, to get rid of emotional pain through physical pain
others do it to kill themselves.

most of you can't understand why, but that dosen't mean that you have to go around calling everyone who cuts themselves stupid, i use to cut myself everytime that i felt that my parents hated me and i would cry in my room for hours and i would use my pocket knife to cut myself a couple of times until i thought that i have caused as much pain to myself as my parents had, but after i moved out i stopped cutting myself as much...

I have never understood the reason for cutting. People say it helps them relieve there emotional stress? Because no one likes them? They were rejected from society? Sorry, Im not buying into that garbage. We all have our moments but is it worth cutting yourself, and taking your life away? Letting two or three petty situations get the best of you? Is it worth it? Theres more to life, and people dont know how to overcome these obstacles, and its something that we all have to deal with at some point and time in our life. I truly cherish the gift of living because who ever causes pain or drama for you, its easy to walk away, and make changes to better yourself. Not everyone is going to like you because of there judgemental ways, and you shouldnt expect everyone to like or agree with you. Most of this comes from people being self centered, and giving up on life so quickly and not even thinking about it. I use to be good pals with someone that tried to do that. He never went outside to hang out with people that wanted to take the time, and get to know him. He always made up excuses, and wanted others to feel bad for him. Even if people gave in, would that make him feel better? NO, because he'll only repeat that stuff again until he felt like he got enough attention. No one needs attention. Focus on yourself, and quit trying to find excuses to escape from reality because once you mess up from cutting yourself, and it becomes a fatal accident, you then will realize that the gift of life was more important than cutting yourself up thinking it would allow that emotional stress to escape from you because it will stay the more you do it. These situations are only your fault because you allowed it to happen. Dont blame no one but yourself because I think we all have the power to change ourselves.
