Yes even that is pre shippuden , plus he has those ninja cards that tell of other shinobi from different villages and their skill , the only reason Dosu hurt him because dosu ambushed Kabuto . I think Kabuto can speedblitz Dosu , he managed to dodge dosu , and if i remember properly he managed to stop naruto from oppening his scroll

He easily can.Kabuto has shown better speed when going against Tsunade+Naruto+Shizune.

Dosu can do nothing when Kabuto goes underground so speed doesnt really matter.One Chakra Scalpel hit is enough to Take Dosu out here.

Actually, the OP said that there could be no regen. But the rest is oh so true my friend, Kabuto takes this one home. He is capable of Fire Style Jutsu, it was showed in one of the filler episodes, how would Dosu escape that?

What does that matter, pills are his standard equipment. People are allowed to use standard equipment you know =/

Defeat Kabuto? Most likely. Pwn? Now I think that's overrating Tsunade. She beats Kabuto out but not by a landslide. They were fighting each other pretty evenly before Kabuto bloodphobia haxed her. Tsunade didn't use all of her techniques, but then again Kabuto didn't either.

Lol Kabuto showed speed equlized to about 35 mph while batteling Tsunade. His speed blitz was also stoped by Naruto in base, pre-skip naruto in base.

The only time he has shown the speed to even consider to be close to Lee's was when he obtained Orochimaru's essence.

If Dosu can move 35 mph, this is no speed blitz in here without Orochimaru's essence.

Going under ground? He's never shown this ability. If you're going by the logic that he's Kabuto, so he can go underground, then so can Dosu, because genin naruto could, so Dosu should be able to as well.

Land of Waves Sasuke showed 200 mph movement here and there and it goes up from there. Dosu is faster than eye can see at least 200 mph movement other than we don't know.

Unless you think Orochimaru and Tsunade are slower than that.

Dosu got raped by Lee with weights on, but I'm talking about Kabuto's base movement, not Dosu's.

A random estimate is not something I use, Kabuto showed movement around human level when charging at Naruto in that battle, saying 35 mph was a compliment. Being countered by Naruto is not something someone who is capable of keeping up with Tsunade and Orochimaru's speed does.

To compare him to Tsunade's and Orochimaru's base movement is not even in the same ball park.

To recap, Dosu is not 200 mph. Lee raped him with weights on. Just because you're genin, it does not instantly mean you're faster then the eye can see. Power scaling is trash, my friend.

The thing is Land Of Waves Sasuke showed faster than eye which is 200 mph or above here and there in the bridge fight.

It will go only go up from there. Unless with few exceptions like pre - chouji because of what he is. Dosu is not even a fast character.

And Orochimaru casually showed 200 mph movement when he was toying with Sasuke in the Forest.
