Can Tsunade defeat Guren?

I mean Tsunade whom is very powerful can break through rocks, boulders and walls. Well i was disturbed last night bcause i hav no idea if tsunade can crush Guren's crystals can she? or her knuckles would hurt...

I dont think Lady Tsunade can crush Gurens Crystal,remember Sakura tried to punch through Guren Crystal Barrier and nothing happened?Although its likely that that was only a jutsu effect,she may be able to smash through the crystal but im not sure. In any case I think either Girl would win,they're on equal strength

Guren is from an anime filler arc. She's a subordinate of Orochimaru, and good enough to hold her own against Kakashi from what I've heard.
