Kakuzu?Yamato and Asuma.
Yamato does have Wood Style and Asuma his Chakra Blades, but Kakuzu has Earth Grudge Fear. Kakuzu's Earth Grudge Fear is difficult to beat. It also grants him some kind of immortality. I would have to say Kakuzu.
