Everyone's Latent Ninja Power

Here is all the characters latent ninja power, If you think I am missing any then please post:

Naruto: Doesn't cost any chakra to go into one-tail form

Sakura: Doesn't take chakra from you when you are using your chakra fists.
Can heal herself at anytime as long as if you have some chakra

Kakashi: Doesn't take chakra when activating Sharingan.
Shorter time to wait to use Mangekyou Sharingan
Sharingan doesn't drain health

Gaara: Blocks unblockable atacks
gets Back Special Counter (Sand Coffin)
No chip damage

Rock Lee: 8 gates mode costs no chakra
Gets a new down special

Tenten:Doesn't drop her weapons when hit

Neji: Gentle Fists drain on block
Charging Rotation drains your chakra at 50% speed
Block while turning around
If the enemy is not in front of you, Neji's special will still hit (In a certain amount of range)

Guy: Doesn't cost chakra when going into eight gates form

Kankuro: A sends out projectiles as if fully charged

Temari: Back A doesn't cost chakra
Down Special travels further

Baki: Up and Down A don't cost any chakra
Wind Blade gets bigger

Chiyo: Chakra Shield doesn't cost any chakra
Down Throw instantly recalls puppet

Kurenai: Tree trap costs no chakra

Shino: Bugs drain chakra through shield
A sends out large swarms of bugs if fully charged

Kiba: Dodges and covers a large area in front of him with a teleporting Akamaru.
Gets a back special

Hinata: Byakugan mode costs no chakra

Asuma: Throws wind slashes at the opponent instead of kunai and is unblockable, but A must be charged fully
A attacks deal more damage

Shikamaru: Guard never breaks

Choji: Doesn't flinch when he is hit

Anko: Curse Mark doesn't cost any chakra
Snakes deal more damage

Yugao: Down Special does two slashes instead of one

Tsunade: doesn't have to connect to release her reverse seal

Jiraiya: A giant dark swamp

Sai: Bird hits twice

Yamato: A doesn't cost chakra
Wood attacks break guard faster
Wood wall does not need to counter for activation

Anbu Kakashi: All specials cost only 75% of chakra

Bando: Faster and unlimited cannon shots
Down and Jump A follows the opponent

Towa: Claws don't cost any chakra

Komachi: Floating needles don't cost chakra
Special travels farther

Kagura: Back A doesn't cost chakra
Down A lifts opponent off of the ground
wire attacks deal more damage

Orochimaru: Back Special doesn't cost any chakra

Kabuto: Gets a back special
Heals health

Sasuke: Sword damage is increased

Itachi: Back A doesn't cost any chakra
Releases more Crow Shuriken

Kisame: Water Clones don't cost any chakra
Down special costs 50% chakra, deals more hits, and drains more chakra

Hiruko: Adds a poison effect to his attacks
Gets a back special

Deidara: His clay bombs don't cost any chakra
Places an extra spider bomb

Sasori: Adds a poison effect to his attacks

Hidan: The opponent takes damage if they attack Hidan while in the Jashin symbol.

Kakuzu: His Lightning, Fire, and Wind attacks cost no chakra
His special is now activated by being hit by lightning instead of a kick

I'm not applying you did. I was only saying I've seen a list like this already. I was curious about the characters abilities in that state and found it on that site.

I really do appreciate you posting everyone's powers just from your observation. At least that's what I'm assuming. It'll help out users in the future.

Very useful Information, much Appreciated by us all for putting it up Sasuke, i will rep for this as thanks, but i do have a question and im curious about Gaara's Back Counter Special, when i was testing it in practice, i did not work, pressing back x just preforms the sand coffin special, there is no counter effect needed, unless your talking about Back A, which may be his custom grab in the game sand coffin, but he could use with or without Latent Ninja Powers.

Lol you never knew she transformed. She does not change physically but she get all glowy purple. It is her back+special.
