Promotions into F.A.I.L and a few demotions.

After much discussion and review by me, the following forum members are being promoted into the Forum Asssasination and Infraction League (F.A.I.L)

These new FAIL members will infract wrongdoers and generally keep the forum a safe place.

To all new members, Ask questions from your sempai and learn the ropes, then get out there and do some good.

If you do not want this responsibility, PM me and I can remove your rights.

The list of new members:

Apa
Fan of Minato
CardCaptor Sakura
Konoha'sGreenThunder
Kuromaki
Maikeru Shinigami

Addidionally some FAIL members have been well... failing.... in their duties and have been releived of their powers and position. They are:

Tracer
Waterlemon-chi

Congrats to the new recruits, and thanks a ton to those who have been helping out all along.

EDIT 2:

Shkin (who was offered a position but refused it previously) has now been added to fail. She has long been on the list as she has helped many of us with issues in the past. She is on mostly when the US is asleep, and we are eager to have a FAIL member on a different time schedule to help us keep this place clean 24 hours a day.
