For best looking effects I would have to say Naruto's Giant Rasengan.

I'm Impressed by Hidan's Curse Jutsu: Ceremony of Death, Sasuke's Slash with the Sword and the Chidori which had the opponent explode on contact with the ground, that was cool.

When hiruko dies and sasori appears, mash down X as much and as fast as you can.

For usefulness, I like Neji's rotation, his down+special. It does adequate damage, takes the opponent off guard, can hit while they're in the air, and if in squad and used when the opponent's player is at low health, it'll kill him, and then hurt the one that automatically comes out.

Garaa's down special is one of my favorites since it still hits you when you are blocking. His regular special is pretty cool too. Kankuro's Iron Maiden is pretty cool as well. My favorite though is Guy's special. I just wish that they had called it mourning peacock instead of whatever it is that he says at the end.
