I think Tabuu has low durability, probably like planet or something, so I think DS could take him out, plus DS is confirmed FTL, I'm not sure if Tabuu is, he might be though.

The only reason universe busting was considered because of the multiple universes of Nintendo in SSBB that got absorbed. However, besides Tabuu really lacks strong feats compared to Dark Schneider besides two of his instant ko attacks.
