Pain wasn't even trying that much and still stomped Kakashi.

Anyways I'll give this match to Kakashi, he's faster and could avoid some of her attacks with Sharingan.

Kakashi has better speed feats than Chiyo and a bunch of good long range attacks, and Sharingan might be of some help.

He is faster , Has a bunch of Long\Mid Range Jutsus And he is a taijutsu expert Plus that the Sharingan Kakashi owns ..

Maybe if Chiyo were in her prime and not a thousand years old...she'd need the Chikamatsu puppets though

I'd say Kakashi because of his strategy and jutsu. Plus, he has that sharingan of his. Granny can't comprehend Kakashi lightning fast moves and stuff.

There will be no freaking speedblitz here, Chiyo managed to block an Iron Sand attack from Sasori which is Supersonic but Kakashi is only Sonic. But either way Kakashi will win with his other Techniques.

Kakashi was praised by Madara for his speed.
he should be transonic at least. He is an elite jonin level.

That being said Chiyo loses. Kakashi has more varied attacks and clever misdirection tactics for him to win.

Chiyo is a little bit too slow to Kakashi. Kakashi is fast-paced, he'll just win.
