Depends if the aging process is already out or not. Enel can't speedblitz everyone in Bleach, at least I don't think he can.

Enel can't win against the whole Bleach verse. He can't blitz Byakuya, Ichigo (bankai) etc.
And couldn't Harribel submerge him in water?

Enel is freaking Hypersonic + in his Human Form, he is Lightning Speed when he uses his DF, with that speed he can also speedblitz Harribel.

Whats Ichigo and Byakuya going to do against a guy who's Intangible.

well for starters there are very fast people on bleach enel is fast to,but fighting all of them is just to much.

Enel should win due to his logia speed and his intangibility.

Halibel can't create standing water iirc, and that's how DF users lose their power. Plus she's too slow to take him out anyway.

I'd say that as long as Barragan hax doesn't cause trouble for Enel, he should take this with moderate difficulty.
