Tsunade vs. Wesker

Tsunade vs. Albert Wesker. Who wins? Both have above-average-human speeds, both have crazy regenerative abilities, both have ridiculous strength. Any damage one dealt to the other, he/she would heal almost immediately. Note: we're talking Pre-Uroboros Wesker.

Unless Tsunade could preserve chakra for several hours until Wesker's viral dose wore off -- which, for ninja, is impossible -- Wesker would win. If she got lucky and he needed a new dose within a few minutes of the battle starting, then she could pull it off. Generally speaking, though, I'd say Wesker.
