Madara has enough info for matches now imo. He reacted to Raikage, Naruto and Kiba pretty effortlessly, he hinted he had Tsukuyomi, and can teleport people to other dimensions and leave them to die.

If you don't have Rikudou you should probably add him.

I thought I wouldn't add Rikudo, but considering an immense lack of feats to back all the hype, I should add him.

He did show a few things in the manga, but the anime creators decided they could base a filler around it.
