The four Weeping Angels from Doctor Who

Both sides are in-character and have no prior knowledge.

Both sides have time-

powers, so I thought this might make a good match.

Dio's the World can stop time, while the four angels can teleport someone back in it with a touch.

It would, if it didn't work for 9 seconds; he also has the slight problem of figuring out what the hell to do with four statues that, no matter what is done to them, return to full physical form as soon as someone stops looking at them. So he has to figure out their weakness.

Of course, he does, due to being a vampire, have an edge in the entire age problem. He won't age to death if the angels use their ability on him.

So they have to figure out how to kill him.

Thanks. I was inspired by TWF/Fang wanting a fair JJBA vs. Doctor Who thread. I tried to make both participants ones who counter each other.

I'm guessing Dio.

Dio's ability to stop time improved as he practiced it. He predicted that, eventually, he would be able to stop time permanently. If the angels sent him back in time, say, 100 years, he would have plenty of time to practice it and perfect it to the point he can stop it permanently.

Once time is stopped permanently, it's only a matter of learning the angel's weakness, which he will get plenty of time to figure out.

However, it was never proven he could actually reach that level.

But figuring out the Angel's weakness is like incredibly hard.

I don't think it's THAT hard. They are all covering their eyes for a reason.

Does Dio age at all? I don't think so (as long as he has blood), considering that the old man vampire in part 1 who got the mask on him got younger as he drank blood.

The only hope I can give the angels is possibly transporting him back far enough that there are no humans to drink blood from.
