Sasuke is definately top tier for he is very very powerful and better than most other characters.

Meta knight isn't cheap. Your describing Sasuke like a god fighter geez, I've played with him PLENTY of times on wifi and I still lost some of them, and if you ask my friend he will say that I really use Sasuke everyday.
