Hmm...Konan VS Temari

Temari can't win, Konan has the Kami Kami No Mi, A Logia and only another Logia or Haki will work against Konan.

Temari should be able to win this. I mean, if her wind techniques can mow down forests, I'm sure they can handle pieces of paper! Even if Konan can use the wind to move her paper weapons, I bet it wouldn't be long before they are destroyed by the wind. Remember that Temari's wind scythe jutsu isn't like regular wind. There's a reason why it's called wind scythe jutsu. It's razor sharp! It's like in the game of rock, paper, scissors and we all know that scissors cut paper!

I realize where you are coming from, but I am still going to say Konan off of versatility.
Many of Temari's attacks are straightforward, and Konan does not have to be a straightforward attacker. She can clone herself, and split in a swarm and come from all directions. I think Konan would manage to outmanever Temari with a paper clone or distraction attacks and manage to separate her from her fan.

But Temari's Kamaitachi jutsu is an attack with a high degree if precision and I'm sure it would mow down all of Konan's clones from every direction. And don't forget, Temari's a top notch strategist and she would be too smart to just let herself be separated from her fan. I'm not even sure that Konan would be able to keep up with Temari's analytical skills for long.

Temari fell for Sasuke's subsitution jutsu with a paper bomb attached to it.
Temari is certaintly a strategist, but she can be outmanuevered.
Also, Konan's paper shows the ability to take on color

For example, when she was able to make a giant tree out of paper and have it be indistinguishable from the other trees it had be to colored

so if its a matter of seeing, Konan could definetly fool her.

Why must you always use filler material? That Temari vs. Sasuke fight was entirely filler, and Temari kept up with Shikamaru anyways. I'm not taking part in this debate either, I'm just pointing that out, it's always better to use the things that the author made himself instead of what the animators made up.

I'm sorry, I only just recently started reading the manga, all throughout part 1 and most of part 2 I only know the anime.

Konan wins this. It was able to overpower Jiraiya's fire attack. No matter how strong the wind is it can't cut Konan's paper. Besides couldn't Konan use the wind against Temari? Use the wind to power up her paper projectiles? If temari can beat Konan no offense but then Gaara could beat Pain. Konan is really underrated....

I think that is an unsuccesful reference to Nagato's wind move.

I think Temari's wind scythe jutsu could cut some of Konan's paper, but it is chakra infused, and I think Konan's paper is more durable than you're giving it credit for, though.

I'd say Konan wins, zigzag explained most of it, plus Konan should be able to survive the majority of Temari's attacks.
