well the two that he mentioned here(not giving names) were in my village and they said they were temp mods and that they would give me and my cokage as well as a few of our allied kages infractions if we didn't do what they wanted.in the end,they were given a massive infraction as well as being blacklisted by my village.

Hmmm, this topic has been up for a month and I missed it.

I'm surprised you had to write down these unwritten rules because people were disobeying them, you would think it would be common sense no to do these things.

I really have no idea why anyone would pretend to be a mod. I personally wouldn't mind having those powers, even if I'm probably "too nice" most of the time, but pretending to be a mod is dumb, all you would be doing is giving empty threats.
