Will Naruto EVER Become Hokage?

Hi guys, I know this might sound kinda negative, but will Naruto EVER become a Hokage? I mean, Naruto was set for 6th Hokage, but

took it. If I were Naruto, I'd be pretty disappointed, but I'd keep on trying. Naruto is the main character, doesn't he deserve his DREAM? I think Naruto will eventually become Hokage, but I'm having my doubts. Do you really think Kishimoto-sensei wouldn't let Naruto be Hokage?

Yeah of course he will..he is the main character so he's gotta become it...especially after all that talk about it that he gave throughout the series...

he will. but when he does, the whole story will lose excitement because then he will have fought off enemys until he has succeded in his goal.

Kishi isn't that evil. He has done some pretty evil things to the story line, but Naruto WILL become Hokage believe it!

I agree. They have been setting that up since the beginning. Kyuubi boy who everyone hates works hard to get respected and become Hokage. Also, Danzo isn't officially the sixth Hokage yet because of the Jonin vote. I think when the whole Danzo thing is over the next hokage will be called the sixth and it will be either Naruto or KaKashi.

He will become Hokage. Remember the "I never go back on my word" thing? Well how many times has he said he will become the Hokage? So yeah, he like HAS to be.

Then there'll be some more story arcs so Masashi can wrap things up. Like- here's a theory:
Naruto fights Sasuke and gets him back. They'll defeat Danzo and- (read spoiler)
Madara runs off to regroup. Because

Spoiler:

Naruto then teams up with Sasuke as Madara throws chaos around. Side stories are wrapped up somehow (low on creativity currenty) Naruto becomes 7th Hokage. Happy ending....
If Sasuke doesn't die at then end of this arc. Otherwise Naruto'll lose all motivation.
