I think Konohamaru wins.
Kin was pretty weak. In my opinion, weaker than Pre Sakura. Her bell needle illusion jutsu, in my opinion, will probably end up on a shadow clone, just like when Konohamaru tricked Pain. Then Rasengan from behind, it's over.
