But i have a question!! if naruto's parents died when he was a baby, who took care of him? i'm guesing the 4th hokage but not sure!

Well, they say that his father died by giving up his life for sealing the Nine tailes in Naruto. And his mother is still yet unknown. And I don't know who took care of him.

Probably got put in orphanage if Kushina didn't took care of Naruto.
Then until he got older enough, he got his own apartment. Maybe?

From what I understand, the Great Ninja War is like a World War. There were 4, I think. All of them ended before Naruto was born. The last ended when Kakashi was a kid (Kakashi Gaiden). Now, the world is largely at peace. And most recent, according to manga :
