Silly Madara! You can't do that! [Spoilers]

Just a theory: Maybe Madara is trying to get the world leaders to come together to form an alliance. Think about it, Madara is a common enemy against all the villages, so if everyone is busy fighting him, the villages are not busy fighting against each other. Peace. Madara is probably just making a very creditable threat to them to get them to unite. The cost of two human Jinkurri (sp) is nothing compared to thousands of people. But since this anime is titled "Naruto", I'm sure there will be a special case for Naruto and he won't be captured since Madara has obviously talked with Naruto and hasn't captured him when he could of easily.

What do you guys think? I tried not to make it long.

I take what Madara says as a fact. Though it's very hard to trust him, I feel he wasn't lying when he said he wanted to put the whole world in a gingetsu, or maybe he was just trying to scare the villages into an alliance. I'm guessing if the alliance didn't work out he could always go with his original plan. I don't believe he wants to kill anyone. I can't think of a single person Madara has killed directly.

Though he is a very shady character, I do believe that's what he intends.

um hw bout the hundereds of senju that he killed?....and his best frnd( to obtain the MS)...and then he tried to kill the 1st hokage..the only reason he dint kill anyone recently ws because he is not at the height of his power and he needs to save his power to the power he has to attack/fight/war with the nations...thats why he makes the akatsuki do his dirty work..otherwise why would someone as powerfull as madara have to take help frm other ppl to simply capture a few ppl?

Madara never killed hundreds of Senju...he only fought them.
He only wanted to kill the 1st Hokage for revenge.

Hmm, that's true. I forgot about that. Madara has killed people, but a lot of other hidden leaf ninja also have. I still don't think he wants to kill everyone. He wants peace. I won't be a surprise if that was his true intention since the same thing happened to Itachi, he seemed like a bad person but in fact turned out to be good.

yea that would be nice...i know that madara wants peace...but the peace he dreams about is just wrong...he simply wants the whole world to bow down to him and be under his control foreva....using a genjustu to create peace ...thats just stupid...it will never make real peace

His intentions are good(to bring peace)...but hes just doing it the wrong way(hmmm does that remind u of sum1..?)

Peace throught manipulation of facts and beliefs is not peace, its a tirany...Madara represents that...also he could never take out Naruto...the thing is, only the sand held is host as high as the Konoha, and the Raikage...Konoha because of what Naruto represented, and Killer Bee cause he is Raikage's brother....Gaara is also regarded highly cause he is the Kazekage...kidnap Naruto, while Madara still has a chance to bargain would be stupid...also he loose a great advantage when Sasuke failled to capture Killer Bee, cause everybody became aware of his existence and akatsuki plans....

Actually believing Madara wants peace is worse than thinking that Danzo has "good intentions" for Konoha. Madara is (for the time being) THE bad guy. The manga couldn't make this any more obvious unless there was a large neon sign on his forehead that read "Evil". Madara is either just downright lying or being sarcastic. Madara makes the Nine tails look like a pretty decent guy...despite being a giant monster.

Theory:

Madara, Danzo, and the Iron Village are in league with each other.
