8/10, his jutsu is cool, good jutsu damage, fair combos, nothing much exciting. Teleporting is ok.

Hey...where's the character for me to rate, ha. Tell me when you have unlocked them then I could choose them to be rated,

I just noticed something, Kakashi used his Mangekyou Technique (Kamui) in Shippuuden fight but in PTS Kakashi, he uses Chidori. ROFL!

I rate Kisame 8/10

His jutsu is totally awesome, he makes a great deal of damage to the opoonents of his attacks and his teleporting is ok.

I rate Deidara 9.5,his combo is crummy his teleporting is good and his jutsu does great damage.

PS: If you rate a chaarcter that someone else posted, then you would post a different chaarcter for someone else to rate, the same like I've been doing awhile.
