I think Naruto would win because Naruto has rasengan, and has Rasenshuriken....so...basiclly, I think Naruto would win.

SM Naruto stomps hard.... Heck Naruto wouldn't even need SM to beat Tsunade, with his shadow clones and all.

hmmmm Naruto couldnt beat Tsunade with just clones and Rasengans,he'll probs need his summonings too if hes gonna beat Tsunade.If he used SM or nine-tailed form he'd whoop Tsunade but I doubt he would,he might struggle a little but he'd win in the end.

And Tsunade definitely can't heal from a Rasenshuriken.

That's if he's in base mode. In Sage mode, he can simply throw Rasenshuriken and avoid damage altogether.

naruto, tsunade is strong, but naruto is more, he has sage mode, teh fox, hes own chakra etc... so naruto

Naruto wins hard.

If it was original Naruto, then Tsunade might win. Although one tailed transformation could be troublesome.
If its Shippuden, Naruto wins.

It would be a tough fight either way, and Tsunade would certainly beat Naruto without SM.
