she was worried when she saw shika at the hospital and when i watched the english version somewhere narut said Temari gained some baby "fat"

well there are other reasons why she was worried.a good example is oh i don't know,maybe since he felt that he was a failure since his team failed and almost got killed?possibly she could have been just worried for her FRIEND.i mean hasn't everyone worried about someone before?
