You have to get a device called a "Flip Top" along with a Swap Magic CD (there are 2 Swap Magic CDs one is used to play old CD-R games like PS1 games and the other is DVD-R to play more modern PS2 games but you get both for the price of one) to play European and Japanese games on your PS2.

Sorry but there is no proof to say otherwise. Ultimate Ninja 5 will be a European only game.

I agree. This is true. But I doubt the part where it says that its not coming to the US.

PAL is the European region for games/systems. NTSC-J is the Japanese region. I forgot what the USA/Canada region was called.

Well, since Namco Bandai Publish the games to America I am guessing they don't have money yet.

Well the whole world economy is a little messed up a bit right now. Maybe NamcoBandi is just being careful where they release it. Its all about making a profit usually.
