With pills, Choji can tank almost anything, a few weapons won't get in the way.

Without them though, I think that Tenten could win this. Her arsenal has gotten heavier, more accurate, and far more explosive. She could hit Choji and at least blow him off course, if not totally knock off his stride. Plus, with her long range attacks, she can hold him at bay while she bombards him. But like I said, with pills choji can just roll up to her and smash her to bits. He then dies, but he wins first.

If this is long range, or Choji has no pills, Tenten stands a chance with her heavier and more dangerous weapons.

However put into account that Tenten using weapons is also a cannon and not the real thing. I mean in the damn manga, it never showed Tenten being in any fights at all.

Here are there stats:

Choji:
Nin: 3,5
Seal: 1
Stamina: 3.5
Speed: 2
Force: 4,5
Int: 2
Gen: 1
Tai: 3
Total: 21/40

Tenten:
Nin: 3
Seal: 2
Sta: 2
Speed: 3,5
Force: 1,5
Int: 3,5
Gen: 1.5
Tai: 3,5
Total: 21,5

So Tenten is slightly better in stats.
Fight:

Tenten's Int and Speed combined with her deadly accuracy and Weapo Capability would kill Choji.
The way I see it 1 Pill wouldnt be enough to keep up with Tenten's speed and Choji would have time for a second one.
If he uses Meat Tank or Partial size Choji is still slow and Tenten can dodge it.
Tenten is long ranged as well plus Twin Dragons Weapons can trap an opponent.Also she has this new Jutsu with that massive scroll on her back and also new kunai Grenades.

I think she wins.
