mind over matter

okay i DO believe mind over matter helps.here is an example asked on everything i did in an experiment that did include an accident.

1. i lifted the top bunk of my bed just barely at my full strength
2. i told myself that salt would energize me enough to totally pump my strength
3. i lifted it again and amazingly it came up and hit the wall!!and i only used a fraction of strength as a warm up!
4. unfortunately,i dropped the top bunk back on top of the lower one and it fell on my hand...
5. i lifted the bed back up and saw a pretty messed up white patch of skin with a red mark in the middle and sunburnish skin around it
6. i washed the spot in "healing lotion"(regular water)
7. the pain decreased into that of a piece of hot food in your mouth.

I believe this (crazy as it may sound):

I control what my mind thinks, my mind controls what my body does. Do you get it?

I tell my mind/brain what to think/do/react...then my mind/brain tells my body what to do. In my life (maybe because i have split personalities, 3 to be exact.) I can do that, i do not know about the rest of you tho.

I believe stuff like that as well.
Its like when you keep telling yourself your sick when your not sick and as you keep thinking it well you WILL get sick (Sort of). lol
I heard humans call only use like 1/3 their muscle strength because the brain buts limits on it and the only way to tap into more was if you got into Serious Danger.

actually thats adrenaline.that happens too but humans who truly believe that theory and practice at it,even for just a few hours,can begin to use more.like i'm 12 and i started practicing at it about a week ago(casually) and now(more focused on it) i can lift one 4th of the weight of my bed in one hand,ump three times higher,run twice as fast,and my unuassly high endurance(pain and constant action) have increased.so by the time i am in my 90's it is possible(albeit,unlikely) that i could be using my entire brain every day,routinely and even surpassing that full brain power.

There are a few things that my mind refuses to do.

The easiest to describe it is that I an not able to imagine seeing a vending machine (the kind where you can see the 'spiral-thingies' that spin and despense items) without the spirals moving. Whenever I do they all spin and it makes me really mad. The only way I can stop them is by imagining someone holding them so they can't spin, but they usually win.

I'm weird.
