I think most of you guys need to tell why you want her to go with Kakashi or Obito.
I think she would be better with Obito.
Rin seemed pretty upset when she needed to leave him, even though she knew he would die anyways. Then, on that night, she looked up into the stars with the sadest look in the world, as if thinking "I miss you so much, Obito"
Plus, we all know how Obito felt and Kakashi wanted to leave her with the enemy.

Of course Rin didn't want to leave him, and was upset, he was her friend. It doesn't mean she was in love with him. Plus, after that, she wanted to confess her feelings to Kakashi, but he cut her off saying that he didn't deserve her.

She loved Kakashi. But she would go better with Obito. They'd be an addorable couple. If only Rin could've seen & reutned his feelings.

Obito should be the one. After all that's what Kakashi would want. Kakashi didn't even like Rin (more than a friend that is). The problem is that Rin liked Kakashi.

But the same problem with Sakura and Sasuke and Naruto. However Naruto has realized how much Sakura loves Sasuke and I don't think Naruto wants to get in the way of that. I think Naruto gave up on Sakura at the Sasuke Retrival Arc. Of course
he still likes her but I don't think Naruto will pursue her anymore.

Obito is Shisui's older brother. At least that's my guess. Be awesome if he is then
when Obito talked about how he would've been awesome it won't be all talk.
