if everyone in Akatsuki started randomly fighting then maybe this... XD

DEIDARA: Tobi I swear if you put another cigar in one of my mouth hands again I will take that mask and blast you from here to the next-
KISAME: (whacks Tobi over the head with his sword) will you two knock it off!
ZETSU: (takes a bite out of Kisame's foot)
KISAME: AH!
ITACHI: Zetsu! down boy! (sprays pesticides on Zetsu's head)
ZETSU: aaaaah! it buuuuurrrns! (closes his head jaws and starts wildly shaking)
AKATSUKI LEADER: everybody stop! I have some important news!
HIDAN: sheesh... this is more ridiculous than Deidara when he took Konan's flower and put it in his hair...
DEIDARA: I heard that! and I only did it because... because... it made me feel preeeeetty! (bats his eyelashes)
KAKUZU: Hidan, coming from a white haired freak who slicks his hair back like the douche bags from vanilla ice, I'd say you two can have fun polishing each other's toe nails red...
HIDAN: (lets out a girly squeak) huuuuuh!
KONAN: (supressing the urge to laugh hysterically)
AKATSUKI LEADER: I'm serious! if you guys don't quit it I will send this hideout into the next village!
PEIN: (rolls his eyes) no wonder we only have 4 tailed beasts... the akatsuki is being run by the circus...
TOBI: (tries to sneak out the back door)
DEIDARA: oh no ya don't! (throws a bird bomb at him)
KISAME: aaaaaaah! (jumps at Zetsu who is trying to eat his left leg XD)
HIDAN: no Deidara! you'll give our location away! (tries to stop Deidara but flies into Kakuzu)
KAKUZU: huh? (picks up Hidan by the head) wise guy eh?
HIDAN: uuuuuh... help! somebodyyyyy! he'll make me dress in a leprachaun suit and dance for him!
ITACHI: (sighs) if I have to use genjutsu one more time...
KONAN: Hey Deidara Hidan's got a serious point about our location! cut it out!
PEIN: they won't listen... or maybe if you give Deidara your flower back (laughs sarcastically)
KONAN: eh? what is that supposed to mean! (tackles Pein who starts laughing hysterically and starts bombarding him with paper jutsu)
AKATSUKI LEADER: (looks out over everyone randomly fighting and destroying the place) I didn't want it to come to this, but you guys are worse than the cast of jerry springer... (raises his right hand and does a random jutsu to knock everyone out and pay attention)
TOBI: hey! what the hell was that for!
DEIDARA: (hits him over the head) just shut up and listen!
ITACHI: he's right... (turns to the leader) what is the important news you have?
AKATSUKI LEADER: yes... (turns to everyone) my announcement for you all is -
about Tobi! you gotta stop leaving the bathroom unflushed man...

**everyone faints from pointless suspense XD **

...lol but really if I had to say I think Itachi, Kisame, and Pein are some of the strongest members in akatsuki, before most of them die or leave the organization all together...

most likely, deidara would self destruct killing almost everyone except tobi and possibly pain. Tobi would definitely survive, because he survives when deidara explodes in the series pain could probably reflect, but he couldnt land a hit on tobi so i doubt that he'd manage (especially since he is being controlled by tobi). But who knows, the rinegan is much stronger than the sharingan so it is defintely possible that pain would win.

The four high tier Akatsuki are Itachi, Pain, Madara, and Sasori. No one beyond them survives. Itachi and Sasori are nearly equal in strength, with Sasori being arguably more powerful. Neither of them can beat Pain, and Pain would lose to Madara's intangibilty jutsu.

Madara hasn't shown many feats, except that he can teleport, he's too faste or Itachi and he could probably beat pain, if he doesn't do his powerful jutsu."

How can Sasori hit Madara? Also, he would lose to Pain's Shinra or Chibaku Tensei. Pain could just use Bansho Tenin on his main body and stab his heart.

"We haven't really seen Madara in action, have we? He has to be solid to punch someone and he has a low chance of actually getting Sasori's heart.

I said if Pain didn't use his strongest move, he'd beat him, since he hasn't really shown all his puppets, we don't know what he's capable of.

Madara could just teleport instantly and use a kunai on Sasori's heart. We can't just assume that Sasori has a super mega awesome puppet that he hasn't shown. Also, he wouldn't be able to survive a giant Shinra Tensei, that would crush his heart and his puppets. Literally.

Sasori doesn't have to breathe because he's a puppet (probably Pain as well since he's a dead body) and Itachi could see the bombs with his Sharingan, so there goes Deidara's C4. Also, the other members could kill him before that.

Itachi wins, hands down. Left eye Amaterasu (unstoppable attack), Right eye Tsukuyomi (powerful genjutsu than manipulates time), Susanoo (strong defense) with Totsuka Blade (seal anything it pierces) and Yata Mirror (reflect any attack), crow with Shisui's Kotoamatsukami. And he has the ability to use Izanami. No one, other the the real Madara Uchiha, could stand up to that kind o power.

Really IT would be a tie i guess. withe DEdiras C4. what stops that pain might be the only hope with a reverse summoning or almighty push or kisame may reverse summon to. or zetsu could travel undergound with tobi or kisame. EITHER TOBI KISMAE PAIN OR ITACHI WIN

I think Itachi or Tobi considering Tobi can summon so many Susano'os or the final Susano'o. Itachi does have the Izanami so he could possibly trap Tobi within an infinite loop if he got out of hand with power and stopped being himself.
