It would be hard to get one from me, but not impossible. I usually give a warning by pm for a first offence. Second offence gets a warning, a pm, and bad rep. I'm glad the Infraction System is in place and hope I never have to use it, but if necessary, I will.

Once you get so many points (We arent telling how many) you lose the ability to get any special features, like signature image, access to the war system beta, mod powers and such. At an even higher level, you can be banned or have all your posts require moderation.

When people sign up the website asks if a user referred you to the site, and if so to type in their username. If someone typed "Deadman" in when they made an account, you would get a referral.

I have a suggestion about if you wnat to appeal an infraction, set up a tribunal type system where the accused must give an excuse as to why the infraction should be reversed and the case reviewed by a select few forum memebr such as you toma and some others then the verdict is given as to weather the infraction is reveresed completely reduced or increased.

i know this may not be exactly an good idea but its used on couple other froums and work really well when infraction are given over misunderstandings and where a post didn't have a clear meaning.

I know there's asystem like this here already implace, but its all bundle in one thread, if its was all put under seperate part of the forum where new appeals are starts by the accused for the appeal then reasons are given aswell as the moderator who gave the infraction to clear up why the infrcation was given then the thread locked and moved to the records of the tribunal also the titled edited to state weather the appeal was granted or denied or partially granted.

this may help seperate and clearer to establish. i know the current systme may change but this is just a suggestion.

Presently there is a forum where a thread is created every time an infraction is given and the mods and myslef review each one. so a large part of the visibility you are looking for exists. It's only that the infracted cannot see it.

Again, if a person asks in my thread, it will be resolved, and easily marked as resolved. Why not wait and see if the way in place is broken, before adding a process more cumbersome to the mods.
