At best that would do the same thing as what happened when Gohan ran into Raditz's chest head first, and that won't really do much damage considering his high power levels.

It is 100% canon. It was even referenced in the Frieza Saga. Goku was trained by not only his grandfather, but also by King Kai (twice, 2nd was for 7 years) who is one of the gods of the DBZverse. Superman has never been shown exchanging fists back and forth as fast as many DBZ fighters, and that's what makes him quite inferior in close combat martial arts. And remember, dragonball represents strength differently than in DC comics.

It was not fan made, it was going by powerscaling Frieza's statement. In only his second form, he stated that his power level was definitely over a million. Which makes that 1,000,000. By powerscaling:
Frieza's 2nd form: 1,000,000
Frieza's 3rd form: 10,000,000
Frieza's final form: 100,000,000
SS1 Goku overwhelmed Frieza's final form, so:
SS1 Goku: 200,000,000
Goku in SS2 doubles that by x2:
SS2 Goku: 400,000,000
Also, I know that combat power =/= strength. This is only to calculate SS2 Goku's speed compared to the speed of sound. Since power levels of 100 can already surpass the speed of sound, and SS2 Goku's power level is 400,000,000, and 400,000,000/100=400,000 that means that SS2 Goku is 400,000 times faster than the speed of sound. So, multiply that by 340 (the speed of sound is 340 m/s) and you get 1,360,000,000 m/s which is SS2 Goku's speed. The speed of light is only 299,792,458 m/s. Which means, SS2 Goku is massively faster than the speed of light.
Even Raditz can avoid lightspeed attacks.

That "different fighter who is more powerful" is SS2 Vegeta, which is Majin Vegeta.
Majin Vegeta > Dabura >/= SS2 Gohan.
Vegeta commented he could dispose of Dabura easily. Dabura was keeping up with SS2 Gohan.
