Supposedly you can use all the kinds of elemental jutsu when you have the Rinnegan. You also get every jutsu Pain had.

i believe you get the the power of the sage of the six paths and the power that pain's main body had

You get all five elements and on top, you get yin-yang release

you have all five chakra natures which means that the only jutsu youre unable to preform are the ones that require specific Kekkei Genkei so you have the ability to learn pretty much every ninjutsu ever conceived (besides kekkie genkei)

To be more specific, you can force push and pull anything. You can also make your own moon by creating a ball of chakra that has it's own gravitational pull.

Absorb any jutsu.

Mind read if you get the chance to grab someone's head. At the same time, you can pull out their soul when you're done.

Interrogate someone and if they're lying, then they get their soul taken away.

Summon your own specific set of animals.

Use every elemental jutsu.

The last Path of Pain is a cyborg so it's unknown if it's actually a power of the Rinnegan, but most likely not.
