Ok so techinically aren't Tsunade and Naruto related?
 

Tsunade's grandma is from the uzumaki clan. This means she has uzumaki blood. Her uncle and grandpa or whatever the hell the first 2 hokages are to her are also part uzumaki since that clan is descended from the senju. Naruto is an Uzumaki so technically they are from the same clan. Bahh im thinking too deep on this

They're from two separate clans.

Naruto is from the Uzumaki Clan, and Tsunade is from the Senju Clan.

Members of the Uzumaki Clan are said to be distant relatives of members of the Senju Clan.

So yes, it's a possibility that they're related, but just barely.

Yes they are somewhat related,but just barely.They're clans are very distant relatives.
