Ino has no technique to kill Sai. Additionally, Sai can spam aerial attacks.

Its not very likely, because Ino would have to aim at a far off, moving target (saying sai uses areal) so therefor, Sai has a better chance of winning.

in the anime, when it his Hidan and Kakuzu vs Team 10 chunin + Kakashi ino does use something like that. It causes hidan to be unable to control his body, and ino didnt transfer minds.

Ino can actually launch Mind Transfer at remarkable speeds, so I believe she would have no problem hitting Sai, especially with only manga knowledge. I doubt Sai has the mental dexterity to shatter her jutsu either.

However, Mind Transfer is not an offensive jutsu, so using the jutsu would not be wise against someone like Sai.

Manga page? That sounds like Mind Destruction, but Ino never used that jutsu in the manga, only anime. And, anime is non-canon.

if Ino misses, she is doomed, which is why she always needs a partner.
Either way, Ino looses because she is mostly all defense + a kunai to the heart. Especially because anime stuff is non-cannon.

Because of BG defaults Sai can easily go into the sky and rain ink beasts to maul her. If the distance was closer, and mindset was IC - she could have bunshins distract him momentarily while she uses a quick Mind Transfer to take over him. While he attempted to draw his beasts it would be too late.

Just depends on the conditions imo.
