Chapter 531 Theroy
 

First of all, I am fully aware that the next chapter is 530, and that predicting two chapters ahead is silly.

That said, let the silliness begin.

To get to the point, I think there's a reasonable chance of Hidan getting back into the story (in one shape, way, or form) for 531. Instead of putting this into a wall of text, I will put this into the much more low-attention-span friendly numbered list format.

1. Chapter 531's digits add up to 9, which is both a multiple of 3 and is 3 squared. This is important since, as you should know by now, the number 3 is very special to Hidan's character. His scythe had 3 blades, his ring beared 3 marks (and stood for three), his headband also has 3 lines on it, and he was blown into 3 pieces by Shikamaru's paperbombs.
2. Chapter 530 will be Asuma Vs. Team 10. Almost certainly the character mainly in question for this thread will be mentioned during, before, or after the fight. This will either lead to a return OR demise the next chapter.
3. With Hidan being one of the three Akatsuki members to have not been summoned (Kisame, Konan, Hidan.) this puts a sort of "loose-end" on all of them on why Kabuto has been un-able to summon them. While we may therorize on this, it's all mere conjecture until Kishi puts it on paper. And that's gotta happen eventually. (Yes, I know Hidan's alive still.)
4. As everyone should be well aware, Kurenai has been pregnant for some time now. I think it would be greatly ironic that Hidan gets re-introduced at the same/almost the same time as the child of the man he killed.
5. Akatsuki has been running low on actual man power as of late. Kabuto is in more of an alliance, and Sasuke probably wouldn't care too much for the war. (As of now.) It would probably be worth the time to go get an extra man out there.
6. The difference between Chapter 531 and 338 (The chapter Hidan was buried in) is 193. Yes, it ends with a three again, but more important is the fact that 1, 9, and 3 add up to 13; which while also ending in three, is more important in the sense that 13 is one of the most "evil" or being an omen in many cultures. This is also amplified by the fact that Hidan is the only one in the series to use any kind of Curse Technique (Maybe except the Curse Mark, but I'm not sure the technique to give it to someone counts as a curse) and curses, obviously being "evil" and ominous, would go hand in hand with the number 13.
7. Unlike most of the Akatsuki's members deaths, Hidan's brought about no kind of closure in anyway to Hidan's character. He basically went down cursing Shikamaru with a promise: He would be back, and he would kill him. This gives him un-finished business, and a loose end that needs tying. (One way or another)

Good thinking. But I don't think we'll see Kurenais child until the end of the series.

I like this theory, nice work! Actually Zango was right Shikamaru tosses in the lighter in and Hidan falls in the pit at the end of Ch. 338 but he doesn't get actually buried until Ch. 339 page 5. It would definitely make sense with the way the plot is headed, with team 10 and everyone from the Hidan and Kakuzu arc coming together

Since when has the chapter number had any correlation to a character's personality/accessory? That's my only question..... because for all we know it's just coincidence. Now, if you could show other chapters related to other characters then it will be a little more believable.

nice thinking in theory, but may as what lady tsunade( said she was gonna vanish like a week ago but comes back to us o.0) said that they may in fact show their child in the end of the series... but I wish to see the child badly.... may as to think the gender and that I was right.... (I posted a thread when I had a weird dream *cough*) and if it does in fact show that same gender that was in my dream i will be astonished and amazed.....
