Rules: You think of a Pokemon, and then post a maximum of 3 descriptions/hints. Then the next person guesses the Pokemon. Cycle starts over.

It's Rayquaza.

1. It's a Hoenn Pokemon
2. Him and his pre-evolution could be named E. Honda (in other words, they look like sumo wrestlers.)
3. His line and the Tepig line are the only Pokemon that can (by level) learn Arm Thrust, which hits two to five times.
