Notable Techniques

Black Heaven & Earth Technique: Black Origin Threshold - A sacred, and extremely potent, Chi circulation technique which induces a physical state where the user's bodily capabilities are drastically enhanced and empowered but at the cost of his/her own self-control and sanity. After activating the technique, the user will find themselves overwhelmed by a desire to kill, making them little more than an animal. As thus, not only will they be completely be unable to utilize Chi, but can also not distinguish friend from foe. Only recommended for future massacres.

Circle of the Shinigami - A Russian Sambo chockhold from behind using the legs to push forward onto the back to place extreme pressure on the throat.

First Juls - A Pencak Silat counterattack that occurs right after the opponent's attack. The user moves to his opponent's dead angle. From then, the user attacks the opponent’s side rib with his right fist to knock them back, followed up by a powerful blow to the head as the user wraps his right hand around his opponent’s side and throws them over, thrusting them away several dozen meters.

Whirlwind Palm Thrust: Gathering energy into the palms of his/her hands, the user strikes his opponent in one sufficient blow while rotating the wrist to create a circular imagery. Then, the accumulated Chi will blast at its' target in a spiral, allowing them to be blasted back while spinning. If used excessively, may cause injuries to the wrists.

Crescent Moon: In one fluid motion, the user grabs a steady hold of his or her intended target and then proceeds to spin around in a cartwheel motion at high speed, successfully flipping their opponent in the process. This technique obviously pays homage to JiJitsu.

Double Dragon Chain Dance: The user simultaneously feints while attacking his opponent with quick, consecutive strikes from multiple angles at once. While half of those attacks are mere feints, the latter half however are very much real. While in motion, the punches will resemble whips, implying a subtle influence from the Chinese martial art Piguaquan.

Grim's Cross - Two rapid strikes into the abs and the strongest penetrating palm strike named Keiryoku. The result is a devastating timed blow that combines the three hits into one area, the same principles of a gamma knife radiosurgery technique.

Seismic Step - TBA.

Distanced Drop - TBA.

Shidensen - TBA.

Lunge Course - TBA.

Northern Wave Rebound - TBA.

Hōzuri - TBA.

Imperial Wrath - TBA.

Scorching Axis - A series of axe-like kicks that move at speeds furious enough to create explosive friction which soon forms heat around the legs to create real flames. Can cause third to fifth degree burns; by charging the kicks, the user can be able to even smash through pure bedstone. The user's kicks are protected by a thin layer of their own Chi, for obvious safety purposes.

Overrule - A power of infamy that can bend the mind of a lesser being's to your complete will. The user sends Chi that will overtake the mind and numb it completely. Charting back to the early courses of humanity, it is an ability that has been possessed by men and women of high status and relevance. Overrule can also be used to take control of low to mid level mobile attacks. Can be utilized at point blank by touching the targets mind or sent throughout the ground in a rippling effect. While the technique obviously cannot be used on an opponent to full effect, it however can stiffen their movements while in a close proximity.

Experimental Ectoplasm - Using his Chi wavelength, the user creates a large marshmallow-like body that is ten times larger than the user's own body and can temporary shield him from powerful attacks. As a being of energy, the ectoplasm shell can be commanded by its' user and will naturally emit both Chi and large, spontaneous amounts of heat.

Blade of Totsuka -- The user conjures a three and a half foot long standard katana. However, more than meets the eye with it. It's real ability is creating a physical manifestation of your true soul, similar to how Zangetsu from Bleach. Totsuka's abilities are even more heightened in power if you are bipolar, multi-personality, etc. Can only summon up to three manifestations; manifestations only last three turns. Due to its' superior power, the blade can only be used once per battle.

This is my Shinigami character. Although if you wanted it to be human, just remove the Bleach terminology.

He's assuming you will use light to blind people, I think.

I've used Bloodshed of War and Overrule. Meanwhile, I've only used K.K. once, and that was a prototype, back then on Hally, with the technique Seducing Cross.

Oh. I suppose you are talking about the Final Bankai Command? Well, it has to do with Haku no Kon, which is basically an exaggerated version of a hobby some mean kids liked to do with nature back in the day.

its not godmod to use light to blind people if its done correctly its just utilizing the property of an ability (in the means of focusing the light generated by a move) or utilizing the propertys of the battle stage (such as focusing the light given off by the sun/moon or any other light source as long as "light" isint the actual attack or it is light but it dosent travel at "light speed" such as yori's pillars of light which will their light obviously didn't surround me at light speed

That was Chemical Juggling. Overrule is here, although it was classified as 'Override' back then. Chemical Juggling, BoW, and Overrule are all classified as public Kidou, so anyone currently a Shinigami can use 'em if they receive the proper training.

Light always travels at light speed, but blinding people is controlling them in most cases.
