Zetsu VS Preta Path AKA Gakido

For the newly created Akatsuki Tier List in the MVBG. Zetsu is currently placed above Gakido, but doesn't have a win against him, so this thread is to see if people think Zetsu > Gakido or if Gakido > Zetsu.

(Note: To re-state, Gakido = Preta Path. I just prefer using Gakido.) I think Zetsu should win. Gakido would have superior speed, being able to stop Rasenshuriken from hitting Deva, but it's mostly reaction speed. Zetsu has Mayfly to avoid getting touched by Gakido, and he has his Spore Technique to suck out Gakido's own chakra. Plus, he can use Mayfly to retreat and Clonespam Gakido to heck.

Zetsu splits into his relative halves, uses spore technique, spams clones, and attacks. Preta Path can't hold back all the clones himself and I think Zetsu can be pretty fast when he needs to be by combining average speed with his Mayfly Technique.

Zetsu has much greater movement speed through Mayfly that is obvious.

Preta is just a high tier speedster but not amongst top tier speedsters obviously.
